Retrosaria Mungo is a lovely worsted weight yarn made in Portugal. Mungo is made with 50% cotton which making it ideal for warmer weather knits. Mungo is entirely spun from pre-consumer waste generated by Portuguese spinning mills making it an amazing and sustainable yarn!

Nice in the hand!

I am working on my second sweater with Mungo. The first was a pullover for summer weather and I am super happy with the results. Mungo makes a soft sturdy fabric. I used my washer to spin it dry after hand washing. It blocked perfectly.
This is a very good choice for warmer weather garments.

Nice depth
